For Particip consortium (GOPA Com) on behalf of European Commission D.G. EuropeAid B5, Luc produced series of video programs & video animations about :

• the “Bio safety and Bio security actions on health crisis prevention, preparedness & response”;
• the “EC support to remediation of Uranium Legacy Sites in Central Asia”  ( Kyrgyzstan , Tajikistan …);
• the “EU efforts in addressing the Chornobyl Legacy” ( Ukraine)
• the “EU efforts towards a new safety culture in Ukraine : the Zaporizhia power plant”

The purpose of those video was to raise the profile of the “European Instrument for Nuclear Safety Cooperation” and to support the promotion of a high level of nuclear safety, radiation protection and application of effective & efficient safeguard of nuclear material , spent fuel and radiocative waste in third countries;
